Eharmony can be a bit expensive unless you buy memberships for 6 or 12 months at a time. Indeed, membership can be as much as $59.95 a month, if you want to pay month to month. But if you are familiar with Eharmony, you know that a one month membership does not give you enough time to get to know other members, since Eharmony relationships unfold over time. But don’t worry about the high cost of Eharmony, because I will share with you a way to get 20% off using an Eharmony discount.

So what makes me say that a one month subscription is not a good way to go? Well, it’s the most expensive of all the plans. When you buy a 6 month membership instead, you only pay half the monthly rate you would under the monthly plan.

Second, as I alluded to earlier, Eharmony relationships may take time. Keep in mind, Eharmony is trying to find you the love of your life, not just hook you up on a fickle date. When you first sign up, you may only have a few matches, with more showing up in later weeks or months. It pays to be a little patient. So if you want success, you should be prepared to stay a member for at least several months.

1. Register for a free account, then wait for an email.
If you go to the Eharmony site, sign up for a free account, and take the personality quiz, you should start getting your matches. After that, if you don’t purchase a subscription, you should eventually receive an email offering you a discount subscription. I do not recommend this method since you have to wait, and you might want to communicate with a match immediately.

2. Go to coupon sites to get a coupon for an Eharmony discount
